An Enchanted Evening

Event Details for Registered Attendees:

The event will take place on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Caruso Club Upper Hall. Doors will open at 4:30pm, and the festivities are expected to conclude by 9pm. The dress code for the evening is Semi-Formal, so feel free to dress up in suits, dresses, or your winter best to fit the Winter Wonderland theme.

Your ticket includes a variety of enchanting experiences to make the evening memorable. Enjoy red carpet photos by Bunny Photography, custom mocktails for the children from Spice It Up Creations, and a delectable Candy Bar sponsored by Farkouh Martin Law. Sound.Wav Rentals will keep the party going with great music and dancing, while Dance Evolution provides performances and volunteers to enhance the atmosphere. Children will also receive a special gift from BDS and can indulge in delicious cupcakes from Angele Bakes. Please note that this is a non-alcoholic event, and a three-course meal with non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by the Caruso Club.

In addition to these delightful offerings, there will be plenty of opportunities to win fantastic prizes through various fundraising activities. These include the Penny Table sponsored by TB Doors, a 50/50 draw, and a Silent Auction featuring exciting items such as tickets to see P!nk at the Rogers Centre, season tickets for the Sudbury Wolves, and a $500 gift certificate from Sudbury Performance Group.

While there is a cash machine available on-site, we encourage you to bring cash if you plan to participate in any of the fundraising activities.

*Please note that there are no physical tickets for this event; your names have been added to the guest list, and you will be provided with your table number upon arrival. This year, seats are assigned at the table, so look for the seat with your name to enjoy the festivities comfortably.
