Foundations at HSN Joint 2023-2024 Impact Report to the Community

The Foundations at Health Sciences North are pleased to share our 2023-2024 Impact Report to the Community celebrating all the remarkable accomplishments we have been able to make together.

Thanks to the kindness of donors and community members like you, we have made an incredible impact on patient care! Our Foundations invested $3.7 million directly to patient areas across Health Sciences North and $1.1 million to advance critical research. In addition, $35.5 million to date has been designated towards future capital projects to strengthen the future of care in Northeastern Ontario.

Our HSN 50/50 Cash Lottery saw another remarkable year, and since it’s inception, has dedicated $17.6 million to various initiatives throughout HSN and HSNRI. Our HSN volunteers contributed over 46,000 hours of their time to help ensure positive patient experiences, we celebrated and surpassed milestones at our events, and saw the generosity of our community make transformative gifts.

We extend our deepest gratitude for another year of support and generosity to enhance healthcare in our region!
